The results of the successful candidates are announced by the secretery of the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics, on the Department’s website in accordance with the applicable provisions on the protection of personal data. The successful candidates are informed and registered as postgraduate students of the Department and of DUTH and are sent the Operating Regulations of the MSc, other regulations, as well as any necessary documents.

Successful candidates will inform the administration of the programme, within a specific time period whether:

1. they accept their registration

2. they accept the Internal Regulations of DUTH and the Postgraduate Program

Successful candidates submit the relevant supporting documents in person or send them by post or electronically. Registration is considered completed when all required supporting documents are submitted. The positions of successful candidates who do not register on time will be filled by other candidates from the list of candidates based on the order of success.

Upon registering for the Postgraduate Program, the student receives the annual Academic Calendar of the Program from the Secretariat and obtain the institutional account.

The IT Department will send the institutional account details (Username – password). For the exact method of sending the institutional account details, postgraduate students are informed upon their registration.

The personal account details are strictly personal and give access to a personal email account at DUTH, while they are required for the processing of most services such as:

● issuance of an academic ID

● access to the education support system

● access to the electronic library

● access to the electronic secretariat

● registration of courses and other applications and certificates
